how do you make a sig and what kind of program do you use?

more then 3 images isnt good Oo
that bg needs work,and the font needs to be changed.
i dont c here anything but images taht were pasted on the bg...
but its nice that u make the name blink, maybe go more to that direction and make something better ^^
you just need abit more work.
