how to create a server?

i have half life 1 and steam(all original!!!) but why when im going to create a server in esf there is a loading and afeter im return in menù?:cry:

Are you getting any error messages?

Maybe you are trying to run ECX without enough RAM

Your server does not show in search, when you create it? Is your external IP?
