How to change the VGUI files?!?!?!

i have to know how can i edit those VGUI files plz plz plz i want to change the pics!!

Go here ... C:\SIERRA\Half-Life\esf\gfx\vgui
and change the pics

You must save them as a .TGA file tho ... and with the same name as the one you're replacing

files!
