i got a better idea for the saiyans. and u r right, but i think he has ussj but he didnt use it because he knows that not only strength is important.

I just want to make a few corrections.

For piccolo
you said

5= super namek
Once fused with kami he is a super namek.
meaning it would look like this
piccolo (i thought long for this)
1= normal (with heavy clothes)
2= without heavy cl.
3= fused with nail
4=super namek(after kami fusion)

Also, buu is always majin until babidi dies which is still when hes fat. All after that is just Buu. No longer majin.(i think, it only makes sense)

Nothing else to say because I don't want to start another discussion about a uusj that doesn't exist.

Well actually most of them are only heads changes and some increase in size also piccolo never changes other than clothing. The bad guys are the real only new ones that need new models.
