How do you gain power?

Hi, I'm sry 4 posting this, im a total noob, how can I incredase my power level, do I just kill people? Thanks

the best method IS to kill ppl, but also, being killed by ppl with a high PL also raises yours, Experiment and practise, youll figure it all out.
