Won is the default multiplayer erm.. thing for half life. You can't download it, it's allready there.

U can't download it, and i would stop asking for it,
as for ur question, won commes with the retail version of HALF-LIFE > bought in a store for around $15,-

Then u can get steam and enter ur CD-KEY which will make steam work...
