How do i enable the other attack like the sorwd

How do i put the other attacks on

The only person with the sword is Trunks. And he doesn't have a regular melee anymore, he only has the sword melee. And to select other attacks press 1-9 or if you have a scroller on your mouse just scroll up and down.
