I was looking for a game based on killing aliens that was muiltiplayer and single player. I think I DLed some mod, that was based off anime stuff. it was weird I can't rmemeber the name, but yuou fight a UFO at the end.

Anyways it was on ESPACEMod and then I saw ESF 1.9 and I was like.... Hmmmm. so I DLed it, and eventually joined the forums in nov 2001 then lost my password and made a new account, and I don't know the date of that, august 2002 I think.

I've been here sense and I don't even play it anymore :p

I was one of those really old people who heard of it from the final battle like hibiki, I also heard of it a little after that on "the rage" (how many people know that?) o_O

My friend found it way back before alpha 2.0 (was there a public alpha 1.0?). The version I saw was with the Buu after the grey form in a grassy meadow as a background. I thought it sucked then, and i figured dmz was better. Man, i was wrong. A few years later (maybe not that long) he told me ESF was better. I didnt believe him, but he made me. I got one thing to say: ESF rocks, DMZ (in lack of a better word) sux.

One day I was killing time at work by browsing the internet on their T1. While on the search for a good halflife MOD I stumbled across ESF alpha 1.8! At the time, I had never seen or heard of a DBZ mod before, but the concept was exciting. I installed it and was treated to 4 charactors. Piccolo, Goku, Vegeta and Freeza.
The beams were simple yet fun to powerstruggle with. The maps, well everyone remembers the OLD namek map, babidis ship, and Pepper City. All and all I'd have to say that I've stuck around in the right place. GOOD JOB everyone! :laff:

First off, hello to everyone I haven't talked to in awhile.

Back to the topic, my friend said that he heard someone talking about it while he was playing TFC, so I search all over the yahoo search engine finding all different types of DBZ mods, but ESF was the only one really making moves so I stayed with it. I still remember when I found the old ESF site, the news that they had was a picture of the new Trunks they were adding to the game, with the long hair. That was my first memory of ESF.
