How can i PS-PowerStruggle beter?

If i´m doin a ps and the pl is equal (that means its almost in the midle in the bar) i´m pressin the left mouse button qui´ck and then i win the pl !

You hold hold left click, that is what pumps the Ki into the beam!

it's strange because in a ps whenever i ps, my PL is usually a little bit higher, and we both clash full k-waves, and i always seem to start winning, and almost always end up losing it, it's very strange...(and i have boost on 2)

To stay on-topic(yes i can do that!) I think holdin left click is the best idea(i mean when the esf team says so then it must be right!!!)

Yesterday i played a guy 1v1 and he kept beating me in melee, and he was host

Like whenevr we dashed at each other he always won

And i noted that whoever has better lag wins it , but he didnt believ me, this IS true right?

on topic PS.. well i mostly try to dodge them (me as cell mostly is fast) sweeps at beamer and hits him into da ground.. works most of da times...

Its random, but it is in favor of the person of the less ping. Thats why you dont want to fight with a 0 pinger.

Beam battles sometime are confusing, sometimes im winning with Turbo and out of nowhere he starts pushing me back and wins

The determining factors are like this I believe. First, which beams are going at it? Obviously a KWave is much stronger than the basic beam, though the basic beam has no damage cap in a struggle. Then, PL is a huge factor as well. Someone whos is stringer is more likely to win. Turbo also is important because it affects powerlevel. Then, you need to hold the primary fire which dumps more and more ki into it. Assuming all things are equal, whoever runs out of ki first is gonna lose.

i have a way that seems to make it go down a bit faster... ive only tried it against bots but i dont see why online would be any different.

get into ps and start holding down left mouse.
now let go of left mouse... start pummelling your keyboard with your fist for a couple of seconds and then quickly press and hold left click again, and keep bashing keys with other hand...

i have no idea why this works but for me the ps bar seems to jump randomly when im bashing keys...
im not j/k! it really works!!

The beam strengths are like this I think (from weakest to strongest)

Burning Attack -> Basic Beam -> Masenko/Power beam -> Gallit Gun -> Mouth Blast -> Kamehameha -> Final Flash

Keep in mind this is only for true beams, the ones that you can dump Ki into during a PS. I think that's all of them.
