How and when can I get ESF for Css?
When anybody knows the answer please send it to me!

ESF doesn't work for Source. It works for Half-Life 1, and Counter-Strike 1.6 (without CZ).

Reading makes life a lot easier. As pain as stated to you before, you need half-life 1 or cs 1.6 without cz, you cannot play esf on source, nor does such a version exist to this day, & don't think they will switch to the source engine at your request, a lot of people have suggested that and it's been stated again and again no (there's also a sticky on it).
