i dont know, its jsut what he sent us. told us to fill it out. so we did. lol, you guys are halairious. well i did find the e-mail, i forgot when the guy relpied that the bottom of the e-mail had what we sent. And Yes, We Did RECEIVE an e-mail within 10 min of our e-mail. heres teh letter, adn below are his responding e-mail, and if you dont beilieve about the e-mail thing, about the 10 minutes, send an e-mail like ours ot the same exact company and give him an active number see if he replies within 10 min.......

Thank you for your help. We are doing our best to get this done as quickly as possible. We are currently working on finishing up the model and all of its specs, we should finish shortly, maybe a week or so. We thank you for your coporation and patience and greatly thank you for your interest in our idea. If you could, I have a question on what the program was called that you would like us to make another model in, was it studioware?

Well, when the mac gets done, you guys choose to bilieve me or not, really id ont care. If you do, great if you dont, then that jsut sucks then huh. But iw as jsut posting to tell you guys that an idea had gone through, and i might become wealthy, sorta.... How old are you? And what do you mean by multi-screen? Two monitors connected to one p.c? In that case it has been done. My school uses it in the library for team projects.

Lol, i figured someone was going to say that. I knew someone was going to say isent them a e-mail and no reply. i knew it. Neways. YES I DO KNOW MULTI-SCREEN has been done, but what wecame up with is to make it ezier more compact. Now, i didnt say that this idea was so great that you guys were going to get on the ground and bow, now did i? The company jsut happen to like the idea......So when i do show you guys, im not expecting you to be impressed. It sjust the idea we had, sent in, and got a reply wanting to help us getthis out there.

That's not a patent form and it includes NO subclauses at all.

They don't PASTE EULA-style agreements into EMAILS TO YAHOO ACCOUNTS that say WE HAVE A GOOD IDEA, TRUST US and BARELY DISCUSS the idea.

How the hell are you and your partner working on this, yet you said that he's handling the blueprints, the emails, and the forms?

umm, u told said earlier that u didnt tell them everything, u were only breif. And yet a company miraculously calls u within 10 minutes telling you that they want to produce this thing after only seing a breif description or whatever about it. They wernt given profesional blueprints or anything, just an idea ? and yet they respond within 10 minutes saying they want to produce the thing. Surely if thing was real they would have first talked to specialists in certain feilds about how easy the thing would be to build, aprox how much it would cost, whether another company has allready done this and they dont know about it etc etc.. a 10 min responce saying they want to produce the thing is ludacris.

Even if you posted an email telling a big company you are willing to donate them money for no reason i dont think they would respond within 10 mins.

Tank, most people think you're lying.. with good reason.... but if you're not, then why do you care? If you're going to become wealthy then why even post on the forums, and deal with this. The main reason why I don't beleive you is becuase you're trying so hard to convince everybody. If I knew that I was going to sell an Idea to a company and make a load of money... 1.) What in God's name is Spanish Kingdom?
2.) Why is that period screwed up if this is a "Standard NDA Form" ?
3.) An NDA is NOT a copyright/patent/trademark...all an NDA is, is a written agreement that you aren't allowed to tell anyone else about the idea or the deal. In which case, you've already violated it and nullified your contract by posting about it here.

Not to mention I could find all the same answers by typing in "monitor companies," "Standard contract formats," and "basic business agreements" from Google.
