OK i was able to play half-life and any mod with no prob then one day i try running hl but it says that i need Direct X 6 then to reboot half-life. i had direct x 8 at the time so i went to update direct x to 9 and still same error then i try to reinstall still same error then i reformated my comp and same error whats wrong?
