I think that the "ultimate" beams should take a while to charge. After they release the beam and detinate it, they should be vulnerable for about 3 seconds. Have an ani making, for example, Goku breathing and holding his stomach. So that beams will be a lot harder to be spammed and there will be the risk of getting hit right after without having a chance to block because you used up all of your KI charging a Kame, Gallit gun, etc.

What I would say is that Final Flash is not as good currently as Kame-wave, cuz it takes more KI and time but very little more damage as far as I've seen. I say make FF a tiny bit better, leave Kame the way it is...it has to beat Gallit Gun, cuz it takes more energy, but FF should destroy it.
FF is better for pure killing. It's damage is WAY higher(a transed Buu can survive a fully charged and turboed KHH, but not a FF), and it's blast radius is the largest in the game, maybe second to Krillin's transed KHH. FF is bad for PSing because it sucks up so much ki to start with, plus has a slow speed so there is no momentum, but for PSing Gallit Gun is AWESOME. Takes about 2/3 of the ki that the KHH does and packs just about as much punch. As long as your pl isn't way below the other guy's, with the Gallit you can simply outlast him and push with the fraction of the ki you have left.

Does the word Chou or Super mean anything to anyone, This could be a problem solver, a weaker kamehameha, and a stronger longer charging kamehameha. If ever played a Dragon Ball Gt- Final Bout Goku had 2 kamehameha attacks. The Kamehameha quick charging minimun damage and the Chou or Super Kamehamhea longer charging and larger damage. Anyone think its a good idea?

there's some solutions to this one:

1. toggle that melee on/off choice when people make a server. dont like melee? dont let anyone use it. people that like melee wont play on no melee servers. and someone said about a beams toggle on/off. that'd be a good idea too. i would rather everything in the games i play but

2. dont like getting shot in the back by a beam? (yeah i dont like it either) make a scouter mode to detect where ki attacks are coming from. if people ***** about getting hit by ki from behind it's now their fault for using the wrong scouter mode.

3. transformation PL *****ers: this looks like it will be a "tug-of-war" as the game develops. Some saiyans transform earlier than others. But when the later ones transform they get an upper hand from their attacks. But what happens when the next transform levels are added to ESF? the Trunks' and Gohan's will probably be the first to ascend to level 2, so we have a tug-of-war between the PLs.

0-15min everyone even par-ish (except krillen LOL)
15-30mins gohans/trunks' ()wn the server
30min-45min vegeta ()wns the server
45min-1hr 2nd transforms start, who ()wns the server now?

the Scouter mode might be impossible, cause #1 how can you tell the attack is being directed to you, any #2 that if it takes all ki/beam attacks into consideration how do you know if its your teams beam coming toward you?
