it's from episode 3 of the first saga "the nimbus cloud of roshi" thats the american title "saddly that bit was cut or edited" or tale 4 from the manga
i do have the unedited translated Manga vol 1 to 15 just waiting for vol 16 to come out then i have complete manga collection up to the end of Dragonball the Anime series
