Help with 1.2 on steam

ok so i was able to play really late at night so i go to bed and when i wake up to play again i try to get esf working then after a bit of loading it says Load TGAnly one type 2 and 10 targa RGB images supported

PLEASE HELP ASAP

Try reinstalling again, if that doesnt work try changing video modes.
