i downloaded this game yesterday and i love it but sometimes wen i join a server i have to load a bunch of stuff like taunts and crap i dunno if i need a patch or wat but can someone plz help thanks ^_^

Are you trying to join an evm server?

Just join games which have their game types set to ESF | Teamplay or ESF | Free Fight or ESF | CTDB
