help mi host a DS

i can't seem to host a dedicated server....
i have 2 computers ones is a 1.7ghz the other is 450 mhz
i am trying to make a DS on the 450, i can create it but it seems that no one can connect to it..... and btw i am using a hub so my 450 and 1.7 share the cable conenction that i have any help is appreciated and anyone is welcomed to my server once it's up n running

Make sure this is in your server's icon Target... C:\SIERRA\Half-Life\hlds.exe -game esf -port 27016 –noipx +log on +maxplayers 8 +map esf_city Most important is the "-port 27016" you can change max people and the starting map.
