Help me with Error message

Everytime I try to join or create a game i get the same error message: Mod_NumForName:Sprites/Voiceicon.spr not found.

Ive tried everything i added the appropriate things to my autoexec, ive added +exec autoexec.cfg to my ESF shortcut.

This is reeeeeeeeeeeeaaaly starting to piss me off so if anyone has any possible solution that may even remotely help me PLEEASE respond.

Many people had this problem. Did you download the game in the form of a zip file? or an exe?
If you downloaded the exe, get the zip file.
If you downloaded the zip file, get the exe.
Sorry, but thats all I can help with, I didn't have this problem myself.
