Help Me Plz

i hope this isn't posted before, plz bother to read this if you want to help me.
when i joined a game i didn't have any sound and altough my controls were pointed to the right buttong they always resetted when i joined a game so i reinstalled,this happened when i was unzipping the files:
BAD CRCb1411aa1 (should be 737e7889),i dont have a single clue on how to fix this so maybe you guys can figure something out,
i know my english isn't that good, but it should be readable(i guess)

i had the same problem once, when i formatted my computer it was gone, its a little crude but it might do the trick

i just completely removed the game and reinstalled it,works better than reformating it :]

i didnt format it because of that i just format on a regular basis. there are always leftovers if you reinstall, eigenlijk kan ik wel nederlands spreken, lol
