Help Me - 1.0 Problem

When i try to install ESF 1.0 before it even start install it it says

"Error number 0x80070725
description: incompatible version of the RPC stub .
setup will now terminate "

Please help ME !!!!

(i formated my PC and i need that mod so i can install the Patch):cry:
