HELP! I Get an error message

Everytime I connect to a server, any HL mod server, ESF, CS, DOD, TFC, anything, i get a message saying "Please remove all colored models to play on this server" I tried it on many servers, it still says that. What is a colored model? I'm not sure what to do... o_o

close cheating death? what does cheating death have to do with all this? i dont get it. my game was working fine when i was playing dod, then i switched to esf and all of a sudden poof i get error messages

Cheating Death doesnt work with ESF and therefore will give you that problem if you dont close it.
