Oooooook.... when I go to join a game it says a DLL file I have differs from the DLL file of EVERY SERVER O.O! So... anyone know why x.x How to fix?

OK ok ok... I got this figured out... kinda 
I downloaded a different installer thing.... and... it freezes up everything... it says Not Responding in the.... task menu thing alt ctrl del.... soooo.... Why this be happening?
