Hi guys, I just beat Half life 2 and was browsing the 3rd party games and came across this so... I downloaded it and the patch but when I try to run esf it goes to
Steam-browse games.

when I go to find servers and double click a esf server this thing asking if I want to join it pops up real fast then disappears and is replaced by
Steam-browse games.

Does anyone know what is wrong?
I read some other post and I felt like it kind of hinted that I need to buy the first half life to play this game is that true? I only have the 2 half life?

Yep, You need Half-Life 1 to play ESF.

Do you think esf will upgrade to use half life 2 graphics engine that would be awsome.I have already seen the graphic for esf they look great but I bet with hl2 it would be amazing heh.....+ I wouldn't have to go buy half life lol
ah well Ill prob go buy it tomorrow just cause this game looks so freaking awsome lol.....is it?
