HEEEEEEEEELP problem with milkshape

Everytime i install milkshape, and start it, windows xp gives me a error.
It does'nt start!!!
Just when i was about to create a janemba skin, please tell me what to do.

thats wy i don't use xp, it gives me only problems so i sugest to use me if it ceaps giving errors

i recently got a new video card and milkshape refused to start, so i downloaded some drivers from milkshape3d.com and it got 1.65 working, a lil choppy at times though (thats what i used to animate cuz the keyframe copying/pasting dont work in 1.7.0 , 1.70 btw worked fine without the drivers at normal fps) so i assume 1.6.5 is handled diferently than 1.7.0


what i suggest is downloading the same thing from milkshapes site and trying to start it again, it could be the same problem,
