having both esf 1.0 and 1.1 on one comp

I wana no if there r any esf 1.0 servers so i can copy the 1.1 esf into a backup folder and install 1.0 into half-life and all. then if i wana play 1.0 i use my 1.0 esf folder and for esf 1.1 i use 1.1 folder.i swich folders O_O r there any 1.0 servers around with ppls in them cause i like 1.0 and 1.1 mele and since they have different styles i wana have both...........

ps:where would i download 1.0

I don't know for sure but I never saw dragonball fraggers switch over so they might be... Just try joining up to it and if your client.dll differs from the server than you've got yourself a 1.0 server.

Not that I know of but you should get some people interested in it. A lot of people talking about how 1.1 melee is slow compared to 1.0 they should just go back to 1.0 until 1.2 comes out. I'm positive that they'll still have something to complain about when 1.2 comes out but not the same things such as howing.

Oh well ya, but if they had a 1.0 server where people congragated then they couldn't complain about 1.0 being better than 1.1

Well if u have both HL as the CS retail version you can install the 1.0 under CS and 1.1 under HL, that would work because they would have there own engine

There are some active servers around, atleast one clan server, just use the ASE and set the filter to 1.0 that would do the trick.

i know this works with esf alpha 2.0 and esf beta 1.0, place the files for both in differnt folders,

my alpha was in half-life\esforces
my beta was in half-life\esf

then you just have 2 shortcuts for both. havnt tryed with beta 1.0 and 1.1. maby give it a go. cant hurt.
