hALF-LIFE INSTAL PROB

UMMM I INSTALLED ESF IN HALF-LIFE FOLDER AND WHEN I CLICK THE ESF ICON IT DRIECTLY GOES TO HALF-LIFE .... SOMEBODY HELP ..
I TRIED REINSTALLING IT SO PLZ HELPPPPPP!

first of all dont type in caps...
second the thing ur clicking on is a icon
make a shortcut on the desktop and put C:\Sierra\Half-Life\hl.exe -game esf
or
open up half-life and click custom game and load esf from there

ok ummm but where do i put it .. in the start in or the target box
u gotta tell me step by step

go to the desktop and create new shortcut
and in the location of the item box put C:.\Sierra\Half-Life\hl.exe -game esf without the . after the : name it to whatever u want and then open it

do u think it might be that i have the old half-life cause i didnt update it......??

yes u have to update it to 1.1.1.0.

If the shorcut doesnt work, just go into Half-Life click on custom game, and activate ESF 1.1
