i need some crits,cause i think the proportions aren't really good :]

Proportions are horrible. Stumpy legs, arms, bleh! Go to naruto-kun.com and find sum references ;S

The arms need to be longer, the legs need to be longer aswell....other than that it looks good...

Try using this as a ref for the proportions :

You can cleary see whats wrong with yours: Heads to big, arms and legs are to short..and fat :] and some other stuff that I can't pinpoint...See for yourself and try to fix it ^_^
And ehm...can I get side view..?
