i have a question for you ps2 owners I was wondering if anyone picked up or played .hack and all the parts 1-4. I would like to know your opinion and responses about this game and if you never heard of it check around for it the characters were created by the creator of the Evengelion chars and they look amazing I just want to know what the game offers and such. Please post ASAP about this since I don't want to waste my money on all 4 games heh. Going to pick them up on Sunday if I don't hear anything bad about the games.

Well, I had rented the first one...Infection, I believe. I rather like the gameplay, it can be held akin to Kingdom Hearts, and I found it rather fun. I really liked that you could enable Japanese dialogue with English subtitles, made it seem like you were, indeed, playing an anime. Additionally, the graphics and effects are VERY well done, with a pretty good story, from what I had seen. I'd recommend it, if you are a fan of the anime, particuarly.

Yeah, the graphics part was perfectly described by Majin. The whole thing has a really deep plot and not-tooooo-complex gameplay.

i liked the game, just not how they sold it, the game is very very short, and the 4 part game plays out like 1 game, (length and story wise) bu you hafta pay 50$ for each part,

i bought and played the first one, my cousin bought the last 2, and ihavent seen a change in gameplay in the later games,

if they had packaged all 4 games into one game, it probabaly wouldve been worth my money, but i give the game a thumbs down

Well I picked up Infection and Mutation yesterday night and I have to say I'm impressed I love how you can control your own camera view even the zooming was ****en cool and especially that first person perspective making you feel like your in the game moving and **** could have added the weapon slashes but I can't complain heh. Played Infection for about 5 hours straight and I'm not one of those gamers who go in and beat the thing right away I scan my area and unlock pretty much everything or you can never say you actually beat the game

I'm looking forward to the next part Mutation but first I got to finish this one haha. So I will probably not be seen for a while have fun guys.

P.S: The other thing I love most about it is the dvd's you get with it since it helps you unlock and find other things in the game pretty sweet idea these guys did.
