Guys...? Help?

I need to know how to PROPERLY make a server... When I go in the main menu of ESF and go to "Create Server", then press create, it just loads up and suddenly takes me to my main menu again! Any help greatly appreciated.

Are you using Steam? If not, I suggest you shoul get that
