GRRR How did I forget my pass

Ok I MUST be a noob at everything I do cause as soon as i found out how to forward ports to my router, I forget my darn user name and pass for my router. Yes i know that was dumb. But my question is , how can i reset my user name and pass or retrieve my pass? Is there a way if not then im just pretty much up poos lake without no kinda paddle. And i don't think i'll be getting up to put my cable in my box when i wanna make a room thats just plain silly talk. Please anyone have any idea's or clues on what i can do? o_o

Check the PM reply I sent you. Your best bet would just be to reset the router to its default factory settings, and apply a password you won't forget this time. D;
