gallit gun, insanely easy to combine with basic melee (which i am pretty well known for doing) and still does good damage even on the minimum

and isnt SBC gonna be attached in 1.3?

wtf are you talking about? it's actually called death beam...and for a reason...it killed vegeta and piccolo.

edit: and btw...powerbeam...or masenko (shouldn't they fix that?) isn't slot 4...

It's called death beam in Dragonball Z: Budokai, but is originally known as a the finger laser.

Fingerbeam is not that strong, you need to combine it the right way with melee, that's all. That's when it becomes lethal.

Lets see here. Vegeta was half-dead, beaten, bruised and bloody. Frieza was several times stronger than him as well. If it were that strong then he could just fire it at the start of the fight and rack up the kills, but no, it was his finishing move.

Finally, Goku blocked one with his nose, and one of Cooler's with his back, so no, it's not particularly strong.

if anything , i complelty hate frezia , and i need a lot of good stuff when i start playying , and imo , some charters lack that

i would say final flash , simply becasue of how poweful it is , and if you charge it properly for a struggle (you pros know what i mean) it could mean ownage for your enemy

I love Kamehameha. Special beam cannon is lame. Especially without attaching SBC to the user's finger, its even lamer. They can keep spamming SBC like generic beams.
