TG Daily said:
Beijing (China) - A Chinese technology company has filed a lawsuit against Google, claiming the name the search giant uses in China infringes on its copyrights.

Google goes by the name "Guge" in China. However, there happens to be a company called "Guge Sci-Tech" based in Beijing. In its lawsuit, Guge Sci-Tech said Google has caused confusion and damages its business.

If Guge Sci Tech is owned by the state, or subsidized by the state, or worse yet, heavily connected to the state, Google will lose badly. Rember the millions of toys recalled by Fisher Price? China forced them to go there and apologize to the entire nation on TV. Big money does not always mean big win in a state with zero freedom.

Why does china always sues? o_O, while they do bad stuff as well? Besides the point, I see on google that Google has been sued quite a lot of times.

The magic of socialism is at work here, watch them manage to screw everyone but the ones making the laws . . . oh wait, that's the magic of any government. :p

Seriously though, Socialists states branched off from the USSR are nothing but trouble to everything they get involved in. Someone in Shanghai benefits from winning this case, mark my words.
