the bin is an image file,you can burn it to a cd if you want but dont need.and if you dont want to burn the image you dont the cue file.
mmhh shouldnt there starting a configuration wizard or something when you run epsxe for the first time?if youre missing some plugins the program should tell you at the wizard and give you an address where you get the plugins.if not search with google for em.

mmmh build up mode(to increase strength,speed and ki),in-battle transformation,beam struggles and "all" forms of the chars would be nice.
