Well... I found another thing (or is this only me ) the upper pants should be a lil more baggy ;] I think that right now it looks like they are glued to legs xP

if u want Son-Goku to have a more dbzish feeling, u should make his eyes a little bigger. Other than that looks fine.

I'm loving the skin, I'm loving the cell shade (except the clothes aren't shaded yet). Only thing is I would change the shadow color for the hair to a semi-deep orange, change the main hair color to a very light yellow, change paint levels to 4 and maybe (looks nice) add highlight at pure white with 25 glossiness. Gives it a more "SS" look. I never like seeing SS hair renders where the hair shades itself into green (blech!)
