Going Away?

Well its getting to that time of the year where everybody packs up and goes for a holiday.

I'm going to Byron Bay (A nifty place where all the young people go. Beaches, sand, surf and a decent night life. Its gonna be pretty fun!) on friday for a week and was just curious if anybody else had any plans to escape the dreary suburban grind this summer (or winter)

I like it cold, so winter is my favorite season.

With the cluster of decent games that have hit the shelf recently, a couple on the way, I shall spend many nights beside the fireplace.

Ice, Snow. I wub winter, especially long distance ice skating. One thing i would like to do is snowboarding, in the French Alpes.

Thanksgiving I plan on just having some relatives visit and watch football. Christmas however, I'm probably going to chill in Texas somewhere.

I am going to Thailand to be with gf =)
It will be the first time i dont celebrate xmas, which is kind of.. cool

But i'm going back on like, new year, some hours after the countdown which.. will be interesting

Well lets see I'll be heading over to Gheylord "it's actually spelt (g-a-y-lord, damn filter) in central michigan "about an hour and a half drive" which means i have to be up for like 6, that will be on thursday for thanksgiving. Other than that my fathers family, my mothers family, my moms christmas, and my dad's christmas are all right here in Alpena where they belong. The only outstanding thing about this year is that for my mom's work we are all going to Rosa's up in Oqueoc "Like the best Restorante Italliano in northern Michigan" so that should be fun.

My Dream trip is to drive up to Michigan Tech for orientation in a few years, I already love the winter and Houghton is pretty deep into the snowbelt it shalt be wicked fun!

Thanksgiving, going to visit my grandparents in Ocean City. For Christmas, I have to go to Athens to visit my mother. *sigh* Greece is such a rotting cesspool, I wish I didn't have to go.

Christmas, going skiing somewhere in colorado...sweet ^^.

Thanks giving im going to my kitchen....but once theirs enough snow, it's snowboarding time. For Chritmas it's either my house or one of my other relatives house.

I believe I'm going to the Upper Penninsula a couple times during the course of now until January. Boring holidays for me, as usual.
