Glowing text? help please

Ok guys i need help with this piece of HTML

i figured out that the glowing text under sum people's sigs is this i think

<font size=2 color=#CCCCCC style="filter:glow(color=#999999, strength=+5)">[/HMTL]

this might work im just trying to get the Glow to work that sum guys have under thier sigs


well ive tried to edit the post over and over to get it to work, but can sumone just show me the code please, if so thx :)

on the forum i use the original text colour is black, how can i change that html for it to become white text please
