Getting a new motherboard

hey im getting a new motherboard i was wondering what the best i could get atm dont really have any money restraints and i dont know where to search (already tried googling)...

these are my specs right now:
CPU type: Intel i1586
CPU speed: 3333 MHz
RAM: 512 this is rambus the old one that was made pretty much the month pentium 4's were made and to upgrade to 1024 it would cost $1200 O_O

so hopefully you can tell me what motherboard to get...thanks in advance

Go get 64 bit motherboard, as far as i recall they are for AMD cpu's, so get an amd, its better than intel

one of the best socket 939 motherboards is the Abit AV8 (extremely fast, good for overclocking)

Get the Abit IC7 MAX3. It is the best P4 mobo you can get right now.

i hear the Soyo Dragon motherboard is really good for upgrading.. has like 4 ram slots and some other cool stuff too plus its good for OC'ing. and u can buy the 3000 for not 2 much
