game steam down

hi i have a problem , yesterday i istaled teh grafic card of ati my version was 6.12 and i actualice on 7.14 when i restart i try open one model with half model wie and it crash(window error).few minut more late i try play esf and when it run the game down.i try other games of steam cs and always game down.
plis help me.

1) Update Drivers
2) OpenGL in Video Hardware ---> Steam Options.

thanks.reintaled my old driver and now can play.i think thats was the new driver was trhe problem of bat installed.but thanks
