go to ezboards, they have free forums and are fairl fast. Its like $30 bucks for a year to get a forum with OUT banners, or you can put up with them. You won't find someone hosting free MySql though.

you could try lycos.co.uk or spaceports.com

Spaceports uses My-Sql but it doesn't really let you have access to it,you need phpMyAdmin there....like mine

http://cgi-bin.spaceports.com/~doodzter/forum/
^^^ Not an advert, more like a preview of what spaceports can do,copy and paste or get 404s

and what kind of forum??XMB?Invision??Just curious :)

Oktagone has free MySQL, but you have to pay for the server ;)

MySQL can be obtained easily, but you ussually only get it on paid hosts.

or you can do what i did and it's totally free, aside from your internet connection:

i got apache, mysql and php then got phpbb for free. You have to learn a little about php to set that all up, but afterwards you have a nice forum (as long as your comp doesn't die.... i have to back up everyday) for free. to take a look at phpbb, go to www.phpbb.com
