Forum Avatar problem

i cant see my avatar on the forum anymore and that is kinda weird also when i try to put in a avatar i get to see this:

well.. i think its because your not allowed to upload avas on Esf Forum.. im not sure though
but if i were you host it on a free host and then add the url.. most simple thing you can do

ehhh i did uplaod them on a host (i also tried that i mean) but then the smae thing happens
