Final Flash Underpowered?

Ur obviously answering som1 but no1 knows who so pls use the "quote" button.
Final Flash is powerful, but it should take less ki so u can ps with it.
One thing though, Majin Krillin, in the Ps between GOhan and Vegeta um did the ps end because of lack of ki or lack of power? and if ki who was winning beforehand.

From the start and until Vegita ran out of ki it was a dead even PS.

Well than thats just deisgraceful, power needs to be changed as well as Ki. U know what would be good? If they gave u more Ki with ur pl, that way u could ps with it.
But power and Ki then definately cause it should have at least been winning before the loss of ki, with a pl of 48 million more.
Thats just terrible a disgrace to vegetas name!
