Final Fantasy

Out of all the Final Fantasy games out there which is the best for each of you guys? Well, For me I'd have to say Ff7. It may not haev the best graphics but I love the storyline and the events that take place. I still remember when I was on disc one and I had to dress up as a girl to get through to the next level Anyways what about you guys?

6(3) and 7 are the best ones....8 dragged the series down by its hair...9 picked it back up....10 changed it too much, weakening the series in the long run, 11 will kill it.

I would have to say that FF7 has to have the best story of them all. Infact i believe that if the Final Fantisy movie was based of FF7 it would have been alot better.

Final Fantasy 7 is my favourite, though Final Fantasy 9 came very close. I think its when they stop concentrating on making it completely life like that they do their best. Look at Chrono Trigger for the SNES, thats still my all time favourite RPG.

I liked FF7 the best. Runner up or co-first place holder would be FF4 (FF 2 to all of you unaware of the Japanese versions). The part I liked the most was when the Diamond Weapon destroyed the Shinra Building, I think Rufus deserved it .

5 and 6 where good, but 7 is the best, 8 sucked and 9 was kinda ok, good story and looks, but no extra stuff

EDIT: my fav bit was when on disc 2 in Junon when the weapon was acctaking!

my favorite parts and memories from FF7 would be..actually, I have a few:
When you find the former Shinra President dead, impaled on a long sword..Sephiroth's sword
When the weapons are released
When Sephiroth finished off Aeris
When That unnamed Weapon is destroyed
When Diamond weapon does his thing/gets killed
The hunt for Ultimate Weapon

Every scene with Sephiroth..
Any of the Weapons..those monsters are a great idea..
Screwing around in the Gold Saucer, namely the arcade and Battle Arena
Raising chocobos to get that super-awesome Gold Chocobo that lets you get..
Knights of the Round..my favorite summon EVER...summons either 7 or 13 knights(cant remember) to wail on the target..
Plus..Omnislash..best limit break, or thing like that, I've seen
OH, almost forgot..
The flashback scene where Sephiroth's in your party

Overall..I loved that game...it was the first rpg I had played since ff6, which I had never played very extensivley
I took an entire sumemr vacation to play FF7...80 hours plus..and I'm still not done..I have to take out Emerald and...that big red Weapon...plus the 3 characters I use are only at level 92 each..

And I still need master materias....
Oh well..I'll finish it up sometime
One of my friends did it all...got multiple master materias and killed those two extra Weapons...they're america-only, by the way

Now I'm rambling..
