File downsizing. For the funny.

I've been making some gifs from screencaps etc. but they all seem to be a lot bigger than others I've seen of the same quality. And because they're so big (average of 2 megs), I can't host my own on any sites I know. Here's an example of the things I've been making.

I want to start a thread with these kind of things, as the one I saw was absolutely hilarious, and enough people here seem to have a sense of humour.

I don't know if this goes in Tech Support or Off-Topic, because it's a mix of technical stuff and humour-to-be. If it's not in the right place, a move would be appreciated.

Anyways, I'm glad you all like it. Anyone know how I can make a file that size as opposed to around 2 megs? Make the pictures smaller; less frames; add a chicken? Help?

As for file downsizing, you can reduce size in Photoshop or even MSPaint, and quality can be done through Photoshop too (when you save it, it'll ask you what quality you want to save it as 1-12). You'll need to redo the text again afterwards or it'll be too hard to read.
