If you have basic fighting ability, I suggest aiming at specific places and capitalizing on auto-kinematic responces.
Try hitting him in the solar plexus (very hard) and then the face. His body should react by pushing the head forward, do when you connect with the punch, he'll be adding forward momentum to his woes.
If you kick him in the groin, the face comes forward and down, so nail him with an uppercut.
If you punch him in the face first, aim for the nose and then strike the solar plexus (again . . . hard)
Kidney blows make the belly lurch forward and the head come back, punches and kicks to the back of the head are very damaging.
Punching him under the armpit causes all the toxins in the sweat glands to be released (making him ill for a day or two, gradual effect though) as well as hitting and disrupting the nerve under the arm.
