Fighting game

I own 121 diffrent games psx2 psx gamecube xbox pc sega snes nes sega cd dreamcast. i would list them but i am too lazy. Anyway being the gamer i am. i am looking for a good fighting game for the pc. A game that lets me train a fighter. lets me build one up. and take him to the ring with online. Any games like that out?
