Fight club?

People like to flame, people like to feud, people love to tear into each other all the time. Flaming isn't allowed though, so I thought a little game where you role play beating the snot out of your rivals might be fun . . . and flaming gets you points!

What do you think? It would be like writing a short peice of fiction, who ever writes the cooler fight scene gets to win that round.

Classes (and levels of toughness) would be something like:

Hero:
Comic Releif/Sidekick
Local Hero
National Hero
Legendary Hero

Villain:
Pallet Swapped level fill
Mini Boss
Sub Boss
Final Boss

Anti-Hero:
Angry Bystander
Angry Side Character
Character you beat to play as
Legendary Angry Hero

Mysterious Character:
Wisdom Despenser
Masked one who saves the hero
Masked one who saves the villian
Mastermind of the whole plot

People lay down a challenge in the off topic section. Declare the where and the who, then a referee decides who's post actually happens. Best of three wins.

I saw other RPGs like this around, looks like fun, who wants to try it?

Exactly. You'd challenge me, and select the time and place of the fight (the setting of the fight). a ref would read both of our posts and based on certain agreed to criteria one would be accepted as that rounds winner. Then we repeat untill one has clearly one best two out of three.

That's not the only thing your scored on . . . for instance:

Saying, "I pwn Cucumba with my shotgun."

Vs, "General Lidius points his shotgun at Cucumba, and squeezes the trigger as en evil smile plays across his face.

Gore is ok in small amounts . . . you can't kill your enemy. ( at least not till victory )

eh >.< I dunno... it sounds a little shaky to me. It might be a good idea, im sure me among others would like to tear into Pr0 or some other people. Imma frequent DnD player but I dont know, this could result in some bad stuff.

That's just it, it's moderated, can't be done without a ref. And the other person has to agree to it.

heh I'd do it, but I'd have to pick someone I do like, cause It could end up getting to serious and I might be doin some bad stuff. It sounds cool, im all into RPing on forums on that. But I mean knowing this community it could get REALLY nasty. Im afraid some crazy haxor would get pissed and screw over someone that pissed him off you know? RPin is teh pwn. (god i cant believe i just said that, damn you CS people coming up with all these damn typing fads!)

*EDIT* btw Cucumba did you happen to read my post about the CS problem I have? Its a long shot but I was thinking maybe you could give a suggestion or something. Thanks anyway

Question: How is a ref determined? Do the 2 contestants pick a referee, or is restricted to the moderating staff to ref these "bouts"?

So at the end of the match the ref says "FINISH HIM!" and the guy that won says how he wishes to kill the loser. Then if its good enough you hear someone say "FATALITY".
