Fatal Error on hosting

When i try to host a game through the dedicated server i get cache_tryalloc: 1726576 is greater than free hunk. i just started getting this when i updated the big pack so i am confused any help will be appreciated.

Sounds like a RAM problem.

Firstly, what's installed and what are your specs? That makes things easier to deal with.

You lack free RAM.

In other words. Remove a couple of those ECX characters from the game to lessen the load.

Or get more RAM.

i had this problem a lot of times
so RAM is the thing!?

Its a free RAM thing.

The game tries to load up all characters and all that and your RAM are allready full with other stuff. Like what Windows uses, any other programs running in the GB and so on.

sorry to necro bump but, I am having the same issue and it is NOT Ram related.

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400
4GB DDR2 RAM
Windows 7 64bit

I only get this when I run ESF as a Dedicated Server
