Fast melle repetition?

There is a guy in the server I play who can melle twice superfast. I block his first melle and when i try to melle back he melles at me! I have no idea how he does it... But he owns everyone that way.
Is this legal?
How does he do it?
How can i fight it back?

lol, is this legal.

He is just more expirienced than you, he has been probably playing more than you, nothing to be afraid of.
And to play better conserve your KI, don't waste it all trying to teleport away.

its not hard and it is legal, anyone can do it, you just gotta move fast, and also melee has a delay time for when you hit someone, unless they are falling in mid air or rolling.

yup.. the more you play the game WITH melee. the more you learn and the quicker you react. i got the same thing.

You dont get it, he doesnt suffer the effects of getting blocked! he melles again!
