EVM help Plz :)

Hi all
This is actually my first post just my little bro posted some stupid things here but what i need to know is some things about evm.

here are the problems i got:

1. On the Evm i got serverpack, clientpack and moodel pack and everything works nicely, but somethings wrong when i try to make a server:
The dragon isent the "special dragon in ctd" but just the regular one.
The models Frieza form 3, form 4 and frieza 100% and kidbuu dosent appear just a block man appears. :scared:

2.The frieza form 3 and 4 works on servers i play on but not the one i play on myself i just wanna know why.
and to refer to question 1 plz give an explanation of what to do and where to put files and so on.

3. Is there an option or an command to make a wish instantly when ur an admin?

4. Can u just set ur pl if ur an admin?

5. Any special things u can do if ur an admin that wasent possible on just the amx mood?

6. Uninstall evm and play 1.2....

j/k but evm does sux0rs. i think u gotta uninstall the client pack
and models go in half-life\esf\models\player\charname
