evm download?

i read the sticky from groovy but i didnt find the download for evm on the website. most of the time the site didnt work. i was wondering if anyone knew where i could actually get the download for it.. it sounds interesting enough to at least check it out

note that:
I c no much point in dling evm incase you are using esf beta 1.2.X
cause its uncompetible atm, though they cosidering making it competible with new
models and stuff... with amxx mod or smthlike that
its working only with esf 1.1 if you really want to dl it just to play ascended then dl esf1.1 first

and that its down due to the lack of support of esf in the way (aka coding) it needs to work anymore...
